Working on systems, cyber, internal audits, regulatory inspections, and inquiries as they relate to regulatory standards provided by SEBI and Exchanges

Handling SEBI inspections and all exchange inspections

Examining and interpreting exchange circulars and regulations, as well as responding to stakeholder inquiries

Keeping track of regulatory deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders and service providers to ensure that financial reports, audits, and other reports are submitted on time.
