Job Responsibilities •Create computer graphics for the lessons using Photoshop. •Assemble distinct course elements in course platform in CMS and HTML. •Review on-line courses to sync sound files with visual cues on PowerPoint and HTML websites. •Provide the SME with the initial orientation in representation of the institution for which the course is being develop. •Collaborate with international team to deliver high quality advance networks technical training in classroom, E-Learning, and cd-base formats. •Collaborate with SME's about safety operations, equipment operations, maintenance, and repairs for the positions identify above. •Course goal are to build knowledge and practical application of a counseling theory through clinical practice with an undergraduate volunteer client. •Establish a video and E-Learning development center. •Respond immediately to emergency situation •Provide doctrine review/development, assessment, and associate tactics to develop need intelligence skills. •Identify doctrine and doctrine development requirements especially in the area of counter measures against explosive hazards. •Improve program effectiveness through LMS management and communication, including feedback and one-on-one coaching to participants. •Select and compile tests, assignments and/or online discussion exercises that permit measurement of performance relative to standardize learning objectives.
