·        To answer the calls of enquires, or do the calling/ cold calling for enrolment using the office phones only. To do the follow-up calls for enrolments  

·        To brief the walk-ins and enquirers about the courses, services and facilities provided by the training company as laid down in the training manual.

·        To counsel and convert the enquires into enrollment at British Lingua

·        To entertain calls and answer them with correct and suitable replies as guided by the company literature

·        To evaluate the candidates’ language skills through a set of questions designed and developed by the training company. A set of questions is placed on the Enquiry Form

·        To get enquiry forms filled-in, and assess them for the suitability of the courses
