JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Education Counselor will guide Medical Aspirants and their parents about the Paid NEET Counselling Services we offer to students who are seeking MBBS Admissions in India and abroad. As an Education Consulting Company, we guide and assist the candidates who are willing to secure their medical seats through NEET and help them find Medical Universities that best meet their requirements. Driving conversions through walk-ins and achieving targets through each stage of the student journey will be the primary role of the counselor. The counselor will be also responsible for directly promoting MBBS Abroad options to those candidates who have low NEET scores and budgets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling incoming queries from Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Website, and Walk-ins
• Creating a database of queries, taking regular follow-ups to invite them for counseling
• Provide information and advice to students & parents after consulting with seniors
• Collecting documents from the candidates and maintaining the data for NEET Counselling
• Maximizing the number of applications submitted through and finalized with payments

Professional Competence:

• Possess very good communication skills both in English and Hindi Language
• Should know about computers & excel sheets
• Effective management of warm leads and regular touch base with converted clients
• Ensuring accuracy in data entry and management.

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Fluency in English & Hindi, both written
• High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
