Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations & Business Development Manager to join our fast food joint in Karol Bagh. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the hotel or food service industry (preferably not mandatory condition) and be ready for immediate joining. The main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations and driving sales and revenue growth through customer interaction and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fast food joint.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle vendor relationships.
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff to maintain efficient operations.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback.
• Establish and maintain local partnerships and alliances to drive traffic and business growth.
• Organize and participate in local events and promotions to boost visibility and sales.

Customer Interaction:

• Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Use customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience (Preferably in the hotel or food service industry).
• Proven track record in managing daily operations and driving sales growth.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
