Job Overview
Rivotta India is looking for experienced and technically skilled Field Support Engineers to handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Audio Visual systems, IT infrastructure, Multifunctional Printers, CCTV systems, and Office Automation products.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, the ability to work independently at customer sites, and capability to install, integrate, and troubleshoot technical systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation & Integration: Install and configure AV equipment, IT hardware, CCTV systems, and office automation products at customer locations.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, computers, printers, networking, and surveillance systems.
• Boardroom & Auditorium Setup: Integrate conferencing systems including displays, PTZ cameras, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and control systems.
• Product Demonstration: Independently demonstrate equipment to customers and explain product functionality.
• System Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of installed equipment.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support and resolve service issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain installation reports, service logs, and equipment records.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and warranty-related services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest technologies in AV, IT, CCTV, and office automation systems.
Products & Systems Exposure
Candidates should have knowledge or hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
• Audio Visual Systems – Video conferencing, commercial displays, video walls, PTZ cameras, microphones, PA systems, BGM systems, projectors, mixers, smart classroom solutions.
• IT Infrastructure – Laptops, desktops, networking basics, rack setup, structured cabling, system configuration.
• Office Automation Products – Multifunctional Printers / Digital Copier / Scanner / Printer including scan-to-email configuration and document management workflows.
• CCTV & Surveillance Systems – CCTV camera installation, NVR/DVR configuration, IP surveillance systems.

Qualifications
Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Must be from Audio Visual / IT Infrastructure / Office Automation / CCTV or similar industry
Preferred Certifications:
AVIXA CTS / Crestron / Extron or equivalent technical certifications.
Additional Requirements
• Candidate must have own conveyance
• Willingness to travel for site installation and service assignments

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Compensation
• Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate
• Incentives: Monthly incentives based on company sales and service revenue
