Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to upsell services including medicines, diagnostics,

and subscriptions to teleconsultations.

• Engage with patients in a professional and persuasive manner to promote products

and services effectively.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

and professionally.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies and

improve performance.
