SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVES :
- Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of different departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows across the business.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Budget Planning and Management:
- Assist in developing annual budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide insights and analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Staff Training and Development:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
- Business Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management in developing strategic plans and business goals.
- Implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Use insights to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Executive Assistance:Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Quality Control:Implement quality assurance processes to maintain product and service standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
