Job Description
Process Management:
· Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and customer feedback.
· Use data insights to make informed decisions about store operations and inventory management.
Technology and Systems:
· Manage and troubleshoot store technology systems, including POS systems and inventory management software.
· Train staff on the use of store systems and ensure they are used effectively.
Technology Integration:
· Identify and implement technology solutions to improve process efficiency.
· Ensure staff are trained on new technologies and processes.
