Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Sales Portal Listings – 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
- Calling Leads – follow-up, site visit scheduling, deal closure
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
- Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate new business leads
- Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and channel partners proactively
- Build and manage a structured client database with follow-up schedules and interaction logs
- Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers at project locations
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Establish a network of brokers and channel partners in the local market
- Strong verbal and written communication in the local language
- Ability to manage and analyse broker and client data
- Own vehicle preferred for field mobility
- Should have a Bike and a valid driving license for male candidates
