🎯 Job Role & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field marketing, site visits & channel partners
- Conduct property presentations & site visits for clients
- Handle walk-in & referral leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong local network (brokers, investors, local vendors)
- Follow-up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain CRM & sales reports
- Participate in promotional activities & marketing campaigns
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable with field work (Not an office job)
- Own bike & smartphone required
- Target-oriented & self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market
