Job description Role and Responsibilities: Developing Sales Strategies: Creating effective sales plans and strategies to meet revenue goals and objectives. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new leads. Product Positioning and Branding: Developing and implementing strategies to position products or services effectively in the market and strengthen the brand image. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Maintaining client relations. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Sales tour - PAN INDIA help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses Qualification and Skills: Graduation /MBA- 0-3 yrs work experience Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the brand's message and negotiating with clients. Negotiation Skills: Negotiating terms, deals, and contracts with clients and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Customer Focus: Understanding and addressing customer needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction.
