#### Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering appropriate products or services, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Executive should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.


#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Sales Calls:**

 - Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.

 - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

 - Use a script or a personalized approach to engage customers and close sales.

  

- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up:**

 - Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and lead generation activities.

 - Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.

 - Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up.


- **Customer Relationship Management:**

 - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

 - Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.

 - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


- **Sales Targets and Reporting:**

 - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

 - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.


- **Product Knowledge and Training:**

 - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

 - Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
