Job Description
1. Job Objective (Maksad):
Machine breakdowns ko resolve karna, preventive maintenance provide karna aur customer satisfaction maintain karna taaki factory mein production na ruke.
2. Key Responsibilities (Kaam aur Zimmedariyan):
- Troubleshooting & Repair: CNC Wire-Cut aur Sinker EDM machines mein aane wali mechanical aur electrical faults ko diagnose aur repair karna.
- Electronics Maintenance: Machine ke components jaise PCBs (003 card, 007 card), DC Servo cards, aur monitoring systems ki repair aur testing karna.
- Installation & Setup: Nayi machines ko customer site par install aur commission karna.
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine checks (cleaning, oiling, calibration) perform karna taaki breakdown kam ho.
- Parts Replacement: Wear-parts jaise Wire Guides, Power Feed Contacts, Water Pumps, Motors, aur Xenon Lamps ko change aur maintain karna.
- Customer Support: Clients ko machine operation aur safety guidelines ki training dena.
Documentation: Har visit ke baad detail Service Report banana (jisne aapne Sr No. aur D.C. No. maintain kiya hai).
3. Skills Required (Zaroori Hunar):
- Technical Knowledge: Electrical schematics aur technical manuals padhne ki samajh.
- Hands-on Experience: EDM machines, linear scales aur drivers ke saath kaam karne ka experience.
- Problem Solving: Breakdown ke root cause ko jaldi pehchanne ki kshamta.
- Communication: Customer ke saath achhi tarah baat karne aur service explain karne ki ability.
4. Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, ya B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ya Electronics Engineering mein).
- Experience: 1 se 3 saal ka relevant industrial machine service experience.
- Travel: Field work ke liye travel karne aur driving license ki zaroorat hai.
