Senior Graphic Designer

• Experience in children’s book publishing will be preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Senior Graphic Designer (2–4 Years):

• Strong experience in children’s book publishing (mandatory)
• Prior work with reputed children’s book publishers such as Om Books, Pratham Books, Tulika Publishers, Amar Chitra Katha is preferred
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and attractive covers for children’s books• Create engaging graphics and layouts suitable for age-appropriate audiences • Work on design concepts, colour schemes, and typography• Assist or lead design projects based on experience level• Modify and improve designs based on feedback• Ensure high-quality design output and maintain consistency• Collaborate with content writers and editors

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and Canva• Strong creativity and design sense• Good understanding of colours, fonts, and layouts for children’s content• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in educational or children-focused content• Basic to strong illustration skills (added advantage)• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
