Job description

1. Around 3-5 years of experience in managing sales for domestic holidays tours.

2. Sold domestic holidays Packages / Hotels for both GIT and FIT and has good numbers of repeat clientele

3. Experience in handling customers pre sale requirements

4. Experience in lead conversions & achieving assigned targets.

5. Having good Knowledge of excel.

6. Strong market knowledge on competitors product & price , strong knowledge on lead generation through various BTL activities

7. Self-motivated, resourceful, ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.

8. Sound knowledge on GIT & FIT products

9.Understand and stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.

10. Handle booking inquiries, process reservations, and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements.

11. Must be target oriented and able to convert sales Lead.

12. Candidate will be required to interact with the Clients for Domestic Destination, note down their details, work out on their Itinerary and customize the tour as per their requirements.

13. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services

14. Provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on clients' needs and preferences.

15. Monitor and respond to client queries and concerns within short turnaround times.

Requirements:

1 Proven work experience as a travel consultant or similar role.

2 Experience in Domestic holiday Sales with a travel company

3 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4 In-depth knowledge of travel industry products, services, and trends.

5 Strong organizational and time management skills.

6 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
