### Job Summary

Aarti Collection is hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Manager for our women’s fashion wholesale store in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, handling customers professionally, and driving sales performance.

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations 

- Attend to all walk-in customers politely and professionally 

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with buyers 

- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and product display 

- Handle billing, cash management, and basic sales reporting 

- Manage inventory and coordinate stock updates 

- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

### Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/store handling (preferred in fashion/wholesale) 

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills 

- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality 

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

### Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month 

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets

### Working Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 

- Break: 1-hour lunch break 

- Working Days: 6 days a week 

- Weekly Off: Monday
