Job Title: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers by providing information about our products/services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Explain products/services and answer questions clearly

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Follow company scripts and guidelines during calls

Required Skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Good listening and convincing ability

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

Time management and multitasking skills

Qualifications

Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent

Graduation preferred

Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is a plus

Work Environment

Office-based  

Fixed shift or rotational shifts

Salary Range

Entry Level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

With incentives/commission based on performance
