Job Description
📋 Key Responsibilities
°Service Excellence: Provide high-quality assistance and resolve customer inquiries with precision and efficiency.
°Compliance & Standards: Adhere to strict professional standards in alignment with banking and financial service protocols.
°Portfolio Management: Manage tele-collection activities while maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
🎓 Candidate Qualifications
°Education: Minimum 12th Grade / Higher Secondary completion is mandatory.
°Experience: Minimum 2 years of documented (on-paper) experience in the BPO/International sector.
°Communication: Proficiency in basic professional communication.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Monthly CTC: ₹25,375
Net Take-Home: ₹20,500 (Post PF and Gratuity deductions)
Insurance: Comprehensive Medical Insurance coverage included.
🕒 Shift & Schedule
Roster: Rotational shifts.
Window: 9-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
