Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven telecallers to join our team and promote

our professional resume writing services. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for

reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

Your primary goal will be to sell our resume writing packages by effectively

communicating the value proposition to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our resume writing services.

2. Identify potential leads and gather necessary information to understand their needs and

requirements.

3. Explain the benefits and features of our resume writing packages in a compelling

manner.

4. Address any questions or concerns raised by clients and provide accurate information

about our services.

5. Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and convert them

into customers.

6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.

7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system

accordingly.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for

achieving sales goals.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adjust

sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in selling services or intangible products.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive

demeanor.

3. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome client hesitations and

objections.

4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage

pipeline.

6. A positive attitude, resilience, and persistence to handle rejection and bounce back from

setbacks.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is

a plus.
