Job Title: Holiday Package Inquiry Specialist

Job Overview
Platinum Edge Services is seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Holiday Package Inquiry Specialists. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers, helping them explore world-class vacation destinations and providing detailed information on our exclusive holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable itineraries.
Provide accurate information on pricing, inclusions, and travel dates.
Follow up with prospective leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a seamless planning experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
Age: Candidates must be under 30 years old.
Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills; basic knowledge of popular travel destinations is a plus.
Attitude: Enthusiastic, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives.
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
