The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing product displays, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales and Targets:

• Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Store Presentation:

• Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Manage and restock merchandise, maintaining attractive displays.

Transaction Management:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions in accordance with company policies.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the manager.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and improve performance.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
