Roles & Responsibilities: • Ticketing - Issuing tickets with/without commission. • Reissuance/ Revalidation. • Voluntary Changes - Complete and Partial Exchanges (Travel dates, route, name correction/change). • Applying waiver codes on Schedule Change/IRROPS PNRs. • Pricing the PNR (Published and Discounted/Net Fare). • Manual Pricing (Phase IV creation). • Read/Understand the Fare Rules. • Cancellations, Future Travel Credits, Refunds and Void. • Understand the airline contracts to check the commission. • Knowledge of airfare terms and conditions. • Familiar with ARC and BSP markets.
