Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce impactful visual content for NGO initiatives and social impact campaigns. The role involves transforming ground activities into engaging videos that connect with audiences and effectively communicate meaningful stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and create engaging videos (reels, short videos, campaign content) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Convert ground activities, events, and initiatives into compelling visual stories
• Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, and graphics to enhance content quality
• Work closely with the social media and ground teams for real-time content creation
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all videos
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within deadlines
• Optimize videos based on platform trends and audience engagement

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of short-form content (reels) and social media trends
• Ability to create engaging, relatable, and impactful video content
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Understanding of audience sensitivity and storytelling for social impact

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience working with NGOs, social initiatives, or public communication content
• Skills in motion graphics, animations, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
