Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand the procedures for visas of Canada, Australia, UAE, Russia etc

 Handle clients over the phone, by email, and counselling.

.Interact with professionals/ clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.

 Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with their visa queries

Call potential customers through daily leads process and secure consultations

 Give clear and accurate information based on the current Visa law & Policies.

 Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solve the queries regarding visas.

Should have sales experience in the Visa and Travel Industry.
