Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Install new HVAC/R systems including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units. This includes connecting electrical wiring and controls, as well as installing refrigerant lines and air ducts.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance. This includes cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems when they malfunction. This includes identifying the root cause of issues, replacing faulty components, and testing the system to ensure it operates correctly.
• Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC/R issues. This involves interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and solutions. Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of parts and supplies.

Skills and Qualifications
