• 💼 Position: BPO Executive / Customer Support Associate💰 Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (or more based on performance)

• Handle outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain call logs, records, and system updates as required.
• Coordinate with teams to escalate unresolved issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• 🎯 Required Skills Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Good problem-solving and listening skills.

• 📚 Qualifications Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• 🕒 Working Hours Night Shift 9:30PM TO 6:30AM (Fixed ).
