Business Analyst - Manager

Expectations/Requirements

We're looking for an individual with strong business and technical acumen to manage programs, own the data pipeline, generate key insights, and drive efficiency through analytical techniques.

Focus on providing data-driven insights and strategies to increase key business metrics and optimize efficiency.

Function as a results-oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Use automated tools to extract, clean, and prepare data from primary and secondary sources.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Skills Required

Hands-on with SQL & Python (Advanced SQL is necessary) and comfortable handling very large-scale data.

Hands on working experience on any Dashboarding tool like Looker/Apache Superset

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; a strong data-driven mindset.

Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.

Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels (technical and non-technical).

Problem-solving ability to assess data required to derive actionable insights.

Excellent expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Coding aptitude to easily and effectively build reports from a database.

Proficiency in MS Excel (top-notch skills are necessary).

Any graduate or a Graduate from a Premium Institute is preferred.
