We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate to manage daily sales operations, customer follow-ups, and order processing. The candidate should have Basic communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Process : Ayurveda
- Key Responsibilities:Handle daily customer calls and follow-ups
- Manage Out for Delivery (OFD) cases
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and resolve issues
- Process and confirm new orders
- Maintain customer database and update CRM system
- Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth dispatch
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel & CRM handling)
- Ability to handle customer queries
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in Sales or Telecalling (Preferred)
