Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Presales Executive / Marketing Executive / Telecaller / Sales Advisor / Telesales

Department: Tech Sales / Digital

Location: Sector - 63, Noida

Address: H - 150, Block - H, Sector - 63, Near Suzuki Bike Showroom, Behind Noida Electronic City Metro, Noida - 201301

Interview Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary: 8,000 to 20,000 (No bar for a good candidate)

Incentive & Bonus: 10,000+ Per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls, conduct needs assessments, and maintain detailed records.
  • Plan and execute face-to-face meetings, delivering presentations and addressing client queries.
  • Implement targeted lead-generation strategies through various channels.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive sales plan.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for clients' digital and software needs.
  • Set and achieve challenging sales targets, regularly analyzing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and materials.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Advantageous familiarity with digital marketing and software services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence in engaging clients through Tele-sales and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.
  • A plus would be a bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, Computer, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
