Lead Management Executive (Work from Home)
Job Description:
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for Digital/Real Estate marketing? We're seeking a talented Female Executive to join our team as a Digital /Real EstateMarketing Lead Management Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing leads generated through AI automation via various digital channels, including Facebook ads, email campaigns, and more. Your primary duties will include follow-up communication with leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and ensuring a seamless transition to our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively via email, phone calls, and other digital channels to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
Manage lead databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth handoffs and ensure a positive customer experience.
Monitor and analyze lead engagement metrics to optimize lead management strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing lead management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and lead generation techniques.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Optional: Prior experience in digital marketing or lead management roles is a plus.
Salary: Up to 20,000 INR per month (based on experience and qualifications)
