Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us scale client acquisition for our agency (DigiLifto).
Your core responsibility will be generating leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings with potential clients across industries like fintech, edtech, local services, and startups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn + WhatsApp)
• Cold calling potential clients
• Identifying high-potential leads (apps & businesses)
• Scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers
• Maintaining lead tracking sheet (CRM / Google Sheets)
• Following up with prospects consistently
• Coordinating with founder for closing
Daily Targets:
• 50–100 cold emails
• 30–50 LinkedIn outreach messages
• 20–30 calls
• 3–5 qualified meetings per week
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Comfortable with cold calling & outreach
• Sales mindset (result-oriented)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / apps (preferred)
• Self-driven & disciplined
