Job Description:As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for visiting shops in your assigned nearby area to install Google Pay Sound Box and QR Codes at merchant locations.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit retail shops in the assigned area on a daily basis.
• Install Google Pay Sound Box and QR Code at new merchant outlets (Onboarding).
• Identify shops where Google Pay services are inactive and revisit them to reactivate the service.
• Achieve the assigned monthly targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with shopkeepers.
• Target & Incentive Structure:
• Monthly Target: 300 tasks
• Incentive: ₹100 per point
• Point System:
• Sound Pod Installation: 2 points per task
• Revisit (Reactivation): 1 point per task
• Onboarding (New QR Installation): 1.5 points per task
