Consultant - SQL and Dot Net Application Support

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - SQL and Dot Net Application Support

Seeking a talented, motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. The Functional Consultant role is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.

• Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements
• Design and manage customers’ intranets
• Implement, support, and manage secured applications
• Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system
• Implement preset operational standards and procedures
• Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals
• Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section
• Relevant experience in support process
• Resource should be willing to work under shifts
• Knowledge on SQL queries
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Preference to have knowledge in .Net and knowledge of F&A
• Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience
• Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
• Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs
• Shift
• Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
