Profile - Business Development manager  Location - Noida sec 63 (onsite) Requirement : fresher - Graduate with Excellent Communication Skill Roles & Responsibilities : - Identify Client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way. - Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business Interact routinely with various levels of management - Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill. - Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/ Hiring Managers and Business Owners. - Effectively present our services to new and existing clients  Shift timings - 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (work from office)
