We're hiring for a BPO company for Delhi/NCR

Profile: Customer Care Executive

Location- Noida 135

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the query and do the needful.

• Solving the queries of customers.

• Handling calls with excellent communication skills.

• Maintaining clients records.

• Customer service orientation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be a graduate in any stream (undergraduate can also apply)

• Good communication skills

• Should be okay working for Voice roles

Perks and benefits

• Initial Salary 12k-16k (incentive)

• 6 days working (Sun Fixed off)

• Office timings 10am-7pm

• No rotational shifts
