Job Description

We are hiring Voice Customer Support Executives for International Voice Process. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service through voice-based support in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

·        Provide accurate information and resolution to customer queries related to airline services

·        Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

·        Adhere to process guidelines, quality metrics, and compliance standards

·        Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

 Eligibility Criteria

·        Education: Undergraduate or Graduate

·        Experience: Minimum 9 months of voice customer support experience

·        Language & Assessment Requirement:

·        AMCAT & Written score: B2 level with a minimum score of 65

·        Strong communication skills in English

·        Ability to work in rotational shifts and offs
