Job Description

6 working days/week- one weekly off on any one of the weekdays.


We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer queries, schedule service requests and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.


We at TOTOKO are selling annual home care plans that covers all home appliance repair and maintenance. The "relationship manager" helps creat trust within the customer by being the voice of our sales/service team.


Key Responsiblities Include:

- Schedule daily home visits for our technicians

- Take full ownership of customer data on Excel

- Calling customers/potential leads and pitch our service plans

- Participate in weekly canopies at corporate events with our team for branding
