Position: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer at our real estate company, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital platforms and applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust and scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience and streamline internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern technologies.
• Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement front-end interfaces and back-end APIs, integrating with databases and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance across devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain application quality and stability.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and popular front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the real estate industry or property management software is a plus.
