Lead Consultant – QA (Quality assurance) Automation and Playwright Testing

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – QA (Quality assurance) Automation and Playwright Testing

We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant with expertise in automation and Playwright to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives and assess automation needs.

Design and develop automation frameworks, scripts, and tools using Playwright to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Execute automation projects, including test planning, script development, execution, and reporting.

Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure best practices are followed in automation development.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies, particularly in the Playwright ecosystem, and recommend improvements and optimizations accordingly.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams as needed.

Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Years of experience in automation testing, with proficiency in Playwright.

Solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.

Familiarity with automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
