We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant with expertise in automation and Playwright to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives and assess automation needs.

• Design and develop automation frameworks, scripts, and tools using Playwright to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

• Execute automation projects, including test planning, script development, execution, and reporting.

• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure best practices are followed in automation development.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies, particularly in the Playwright ecosystem, and recommend improvements and optimizations accordingly.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams as needed.

• Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Years of experience in automation testing, with proficiency in Playwright.

• Solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.

• Familiarity with automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
