Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Officer to handle Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Car Loans, and Home Loans. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, customer interaction, documentation, and achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and follow up on assigned leads
- Explain loan products and assess customer eligibility
- Collect and verify KYC & income documents
Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing
Ensure timely disbursement and customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates
Required Skills:
Good communication and sales skills
Basic knowledge of loan products and credit assessment
Ability to achieve targets
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
