आपका मुख्य काम यह है कि जैसे ही कोई ग्राहक ऐप पर ऑर्डर दे, उसे 1 से 2 मिनट के अंदर पैक करके डिलीवरी बॉय को दे देना। इसके 4 मुख्य स्टेप्स हैं:

1. ऑर्डर देखना: आपको कंपनी की तरफ से एक छोटा फोन (PDA डिवाइस) मिलेगा। उसमें आपको सामान की लिस्ट दिखेगी (जैसे: 1 किलो चीनी, 2 पैकेट दूध, 1 साबुन)।

2. सामान चुनना (Picking): आपको स्टोर के अंदर जाकर शेल्फ से वह सामान उठाना है और फोन से उसका Barcode स्कैन करना है ताकि गलती न हो।

3. पैकिंग (Packing): सारा सामान एक बैग में डालना है। ध्यान रहे कि भारी सामान (जैसे आटा या तेल) नीचे हो और नाजुक सामान (जैसे अंडा या ब्रेड) सबसे ऊपर हो।

4. हैंडओवर: बैग पैक करके बाहर खड़े डिलीवरी पार्टनर (Rider) को थमा देना है।
