Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Telemarketing Staff.


As a key member of our sales and marketing division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our real estate business in India. 


Your primary responsibility will involve contacting potential customers through outbound calls, providing them with information about our real estate offerings, and generating leads for our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lists, databases, and leads.

- Introduce and explain the features, benefits, and details of our real estate properties and projects to potential clients.

- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects by demonstrating excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in their needs.

- Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, location preferences, and other relevant criteria.

- Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, financing options, amenities, and any other queries raised by potential customers.

- Schedule appointments for interested prospects to visit our office or project site for further discussions.

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions, responses, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide timely updates on leads, appointments, and client feedback.

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to enhance your knowledge and improve customer engagement.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any regional language(s), with a clear and professional telephone manner.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively influence potential customers.

- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.

- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail to maintain accurate records.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, property buying process, and legalities involved.

- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to achieve sales targets.
