Role Overview
The Sales Executive( Real Estate) will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and driving property sales through effective communication and follow ups. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a target driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls.
Generate and qualify leads.
Explain property details and investment opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule site visits
Maintain CRM records and follow-up database
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business/ commerce/ marketing or related field
1-2 years experience in Real Estate Sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
