Job Description

HR IT Solution Architect

Total Experience Expected: 10 - 14 years

Location: Noida/Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune

1. Assessment of current and future Solution Architecture or HR IT Landscape, with major focus on SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with SNOW HRSD
2. Analysis of complex demand/change requests in the area of SAP SuccessFactors and developing configuration/concept designs for implementation
3. Create and review the documentation of HR IT Architecture, Integrations, Data Models adhering to latest Compliance and IT Security requirements
4. Consulting re Identity and Access Management (login methods, handling of permissions)
5. Consulting re information security requirements and re mitigation of IT Security Risks
6. Enhancement of system performance analysis (majorly SuccessFactors)
7. Consulting how to implement IT regulatory requirements for the Finance and Insurance industry to stay compliant and audit-proof
8. SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning support

 

Skills required

1. SAP SuccessFactors: Platform, SAP Cloud, BTP, Story Reports, SuccessFactors EC and minimum 2-3 other modules, preferably Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
2. Integration: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (CI, formerly CPI)
3. Optional: ServiceNow HRSD and Platform skills
4. Optional: OpenText skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
6. Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design.
7. Excellent consulting, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
8. Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
