Social Media And Client Servicing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken candidate who can handle client communication and social media coordination for our photography and fashion brands.

This is a mixed role involving client handling, follow-ups, and basic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Servicing & Coordination:
• Handle incoming client inquiries (calls & WhatsApp)
• Do regular follow-ups with leads
• Coordinate with clients for shoot bookings
• Maintain proper communication and updates
• Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings

Social Media Management:

• Basic Canva Knowledge
• Upload posts, reels, and stories (Instagram, etc.)
• Coordinate for content posting (Studio & Brand)
• Write basic captions and manage posting schedule
• Assist in growing social media presence

Basic Operations Support:

• Maintain lead data and follow-up status
• Assist team in daily coordination
• Support smooth workflow between clients and team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic understanding of Instagram/social media
• Presentable and professional attitude
• Responsible and consistent in work
• Willing to learn and grow

Important Notes:

• This is not a field sales or cold-calling job
• No aggressive sales targets, but follow-ups and conversions are expected
• Preference for candidates who are serious about long-term work
