Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:We are looking for a customer-focused Telecalling Executive (Inbound) who prioritizes quality conversations over quantity. The role involves handling inbound client queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer queries and provide clear, accurate explanations
- Assist clients with information related to financial services/products
- Ensure high-quality interaction and customer satisfaction in every call
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve client concerns
- Build trust with clients through effective communication
- Key Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support (Finance background preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Customer-first attitude with a focus on quality service
- Basic understanding of financial services is a plus
- Graduate preferred
