Pharma PCD Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveJob Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma PCD Sales Executive to expand our PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business network. The candidate will be responsible for appointing new distributors, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint new PCD distributors and franchise partners across assigned regions
• Promote company products and generate business through PCD model
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle customer queries, order processing, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in Pharma PCD Sales / Franchise Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market
• Ability to travel and manage multiple clients

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling PCD pharma companies
• Existing network of distributors will be an added advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated individual
