Responsibilities:

• Create nutritious and innovative menu items that align with the health-focused concept of the startup.
• Develop recipes that are both delicious and nutritionally balanced, and conduct regular recipe testing.
• Set the workstation with the required ingredients and equipment for cooking.
• Prepare the ingredients before cooking them such as cutting the meat, preparing batter, boiling vegetables, etc.
• Cook according to the steps and techniques as needed for the dish being prepared.
• Present the food neatly before serving.
• Ensure food and ingredients are stored in their required conditions.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitary.
• Follow the health codes and regulations in all activities.
• Maintain an inventory of all the ingredients and ensure there is always a stock of ingredients.
• Maintain the kitchen equipment and utensils well.
