Job Title: CRM Specialist
Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Department: Marketing / Sales / Customer Experience
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. The role involves executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, improving engagement and retention, and supporting internal teams with CRM-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM system and campaigns (email, SMS, automation).
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention.
- Generate reports and track key CRM performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide support and troubleshoot CRM issues.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Good communication and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
